I understand that proof of identity and residency for 12 months (outside of Western Australia) are required to be accepted into the REPS Independent Photography training program and the cost at this time is $4,997.00 (or $8,997.00 for a couple/team of 2 wishing to start their own business). I also understand that Independent Photography Training is NOT available in Western Australia. The current waiting period to be trained for the independent photography course varies between 1 week to 2 months (but is subject to change). I certify that: (1) I am not enquiring on behalf of any other photography companies, or individuals or corporate entities when enquiring; and (2) that the information I have entered on this form is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I further understand that breaching these terms and submitting false or intentionally misleading information may result in legal action and prosecution against me. I understand that the Independent Photography Training program enrolment is subject to REPS approval process and availability. I understand that graduates of the Independent Photography Training who, upon completion of the course, acquire sufficient field experience are welcome to request consideration for becoming a REPS franchisee, and that such invitation or acceptance is solely the decision of REPS, and, subject to approval and availability. Most trainees will have the advantage of being well known to REPS after training and gaining further field experience, and therefore, REPS will have adequate time to become further acquainted with the trainee. I also understand that at this time, the initial franchise fee is currently waived for all Independent Photography training graduates who apply and are accepted as REPS franchisees.
