Yes, absolutely. You can operate independently or you are welcome to apply to become a REPS franchisee after attending the Independent Photography Training course and exhibiting a high level of professionalism in the field. If accepted by REPS as a franchisee, we even waive the initial franchisee fee.

No. Training takes place in WA and other areas around the world. Trainees are only accepted from designated territories and states, as well as from other countries. However, if you do not reside in Australia, you may only enrol in independent real estate photography training through local authorised booking agents.

The Independent Photography Training course does not include field training, while the REPS franchisee course includes field training. Will I be guaranteed to become a REPS franchisee if I take the photography training course?

No, there are no guarantees. However, if you become a professional photographer, illustrate exemplary professionalism and obtain great references from your clients after you graduate the Independent Photography Training course, and there is franchise availability in your area, you are most welcome to apply to become a franchisee or a regional franchisee. We prefer to grant franchises to people we know via referral or whom we have had the chance to get to know personally, through our training programs and other associations. If you are signing up for this program solely to become a franchisee, it is not recommended, as the course is exactly what the title infers, a course for people who want to become Independent Photographers. Because we have a franchise formula for success, with low franchise fees and low or no royalty options, our competitors constantly shop us. If we feel you are a competitor trying to obtain our trade secrets, we will not bring you onboard as a franchisee. Becoming a franchisee of any company is something that is earned, either by acceptance into the franchise program and by completing a successful graduation of the franchise course and/or by strong referral into the program by someone well known who is willing to provide stellar references of character. Although the Independent Photography program is a quality photography training program, it is not identical to our franchise training program and the acceptance standards are not the same. Having said that, the training program is a great way for us to significantly expand the network of professionals we might consider for our franchise program.

How long is your real estate photography course available?

We will offer the real estate photography course for as long as we feel there is sufficient market demand in the available training territories. If we have new franchisees in your area, we reserve the right not to train additional people in such proximity. In some cases, a local franchisee may wish to become a regional franchisee and may encourage us to train other franchise candidates in his/her territory. In this scenario, the regional franchisee would act as additional support for a new franchisee. In summary, the course could be withdrawn or unavailable at any time in a specific geographic area.
